I somehow knew Geoff from church years ago when he was in cahoots with the headmaster of J. Wycliffe HS and started off a Family Church somewhere.

I actually didn't know him well except that he had a front-end + alignment + steering workshop in one of these bays - top one I think.

He seemed very easy to get along with.

Fair enough, he used to have an amazing collection of Lotus 7's (used to punt one around Catalina) and Lotus Cortina's, was a wealth of knowledge with anything BMC.Helped me out innumerable times as an apprentice (no money), but haven't crossed paths with him for many years...

Funny the things you remember when you see a picture.
