Anyone Know What This Is?..

Hey everyone!!..

Got a question I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with..

I've just purchased my first Silhouette and was having a look around under the bonnet when I found a part just sitting there, not connected up to anything, or bolted/screwed on.. (Had obviously been taken off and left there under the bonnet previously..

I've had a look around the RB30 and can't find a plug that is homeless so I'm lost..

It's a module with "Nissan" marked on the front and has "JECS A22-626 911" marked on the back. It has a 3 pin plug at the bottom..

Would anyone have an idea to what this module is??..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Aaah ok, so where is that mean't to be located??.. Would my car run with this part not connected??..

Problem solved, was TPS.. Had been replaced by previous owner and left sitting under the bonnet..

Nah, just replaced with an auto TPS and left under the bonnet by the look of it.. Had probs finding where it went cos i'm only new to the R31's and RB30's!!!.. All good now tho..

On saying that, I have a manual box and manual ECU.. Would running an auto TPS create any issues, or all good to leave it there??.. The silo runs like a dream so I don't think it is having a negative affect, but would like to be sure all the same..
