Head Lights Have Alot Of Tiny Crack Or Something...

yeah my head lights have tiny cracks or something everywhere on the outside i know alot of skylines have this problem cause i see it alot... when i put water over them they go clear but turns ugly when the are dry,

can anyone tell me what i can do to make them clear again

no probs ull find u need to do it every couple of months becos they fog and fade.....
