But seriously...Mazda RX8....never driven anything else better and saying that I have never driven a 350z or s2000, but it shifts quite a bit nicer then my s2 r33!

clear and tight

supra box is okay but hard to shift fast

s15 box has nice ratio and short throw, though it feels not as solid as skyline's

S2000 is hard to beat in a Jap car.

My OS Giken 5 speed is pretty nice to drive and tough too but it's really hard to go pass the paddles of a E46 M3.

Awesome box with lightning like shifting. No manual shifter could do it. Dog box included!

Might be trying out the new M5 box soon too

mx-5 and s15 both 6 speed. only thing is that sometimes the extra gear has me confused and i dont know what gear i am in for a split second

s2 r33 with short shift kit and new syncros is the SHIT !!!

short throws, smooth, slight notch but otherwise frign perfect feel, actually feels good when @ wot and change 5.5krpm and straight through...

godam tight box but its not tired so meh...

best box ever im with AMS... gt3 FTW !!

but that might be the ease with which such a strong box changes... admitedly the guy kept his little yellow honey in good nick

The model I test drive was the 5 speed semi-auto TDi. It was simply too slow. The TDi and the GTi probably have different boxes. I also test drove the Mazda 6 and the Honda Euro and their boxes are much quicker. Thus I ordered the Euro.

That is not the DSG.

As said before, the DSG is an awesome automatic shifting gearbox.
