2005 Nissan Patrol Interior Parts

Is it just me or are some interior parts of the patrols eerily similar to skylines. Had a quick look in a mates 05 Patrol, and im fairly sure the interior door handles, window controls and steering wheel are almost exactly the same as my R33 SII Sedan. Would be cool if they were.

Can anyone check FAST or something to confirm, or do they just look the same and are not actually interchangeable.

Hahaha not sure about patrols but my wifes maxima has the same door handles etc as well.

From memory i think the door handles and surround are silver/metallic, and the steering wheel looks almost exactly the same but different stitching. Gonna have to ask him if i can check it out next time i see him.

My cuz had a 96/97 patrol and the steering wheel wasnt the same as skyline.
