i have a q45 afm with apexi power intake pod filter on it.

i would prefer to trade it for a rb25det afm with pod filter + cash

looking for around $100 + trade

sorry for the noob question...but is the Q45 a plug n play with the existing rb25det wiring loom?

No you will need to change the plug Roy. Plus the standard ecu wont be able to handle it, you will need some sort of piggyback or replacment ecu for z32 or q45.
