Anyone A Builder?

I guess it's builders who do this sort of thing. I need 3 new partitions and 3 doors done in early-mid january.

what kind of partitions?

what kind of doors? are the openings already there or are they a part of the partitions?

I have 3 rooms that need your ordinary gyprock type walls put through the middle to make 6 rooms.

Doors need to be cut into 2 existing walls and the 3rd goes in the new wall.

I have 2 doors and one door frame. Other needs to be supplied.

Hanging ceiling tiles. Walls to go through this to the next floor plate.

What else do you need to know?

call a carpenter and a gyprocker.

a builder will charge you for him to bring these people in, +10-15% of the jobs value as his fee.

my specialty is construction, not renovation. so you can ring up one who specialises in renovations if you REALLY want to use a builder.

I say DIY as a nice surprise for your boss when he comes back. just make the walls out of paper, japanese style.
