Belts?

Hi All

Ive did a search and still cant find anything. Im about to do a major service on my car during the holidays, but cant find a shop (supercheap, repco etc) that stock belts for the power steering, altenator and air con belts. There seems to be nothing for r33 gtst s1 skylines, and im not keen on going to nissan because i dont want to spend $100 a belt.

Any ideas?

Hi mate, try Repco.

I went there for my GTR, they had it all on computer and was like $60 for all three belts.

I have all the part numbers at home, but im not sure if they are the same, like I said mine is a 32 GTR.

i'd try another repco store. i live in a small town and they had the part numbers for my r33 gtst on the computer.

I got my belts off Repco too except the part numbers & sizes they had on their system were all wrong (R34 GTT) My old belts had the actual size written on them once we got them off the car so we just took them down and got the same numbers off them.

Are the old belts actually looking tired? or are you just replacing them to be sure?

Unless they have shiney backs or cracked ribs there is no need to replace. I bought mine from nissan for about 15-20 each belt... $100 a belt?? Not likely

Repco have them and I also bought them from Bursons before.

Not expensive.

these are genuine nissan all up $73.82+gst or $62.74+gst trade price.

pretty close to the $100 ball park. im pretty sure bursons can get em for ya.

yeah that sounds about right pretty far off $100 each belt though..
