Yes it's a 1991 R32 GTS25... Has the RB25DE Engine, and puts out 142kw... These were only made from the end of 1991 to 1993, and are very common in NZ, but I haven't seen many over here. It goes awesome, and I love the fact that it is NA. I'm currently looking at changing the block to a bored out RB30. It will be a 3.2 litre in the end, and hopefully it should go well.

Heres one for you ..

I currently drive a vs commodore and im looking to go back to my dream car and buy an r32 ..

if insurence is too much i may have to settle for a N/A

sure my commodore is nice and shit .. i just spent 3 grand on it and it doesnt look any betta then any other ocmmodore out there.

Im interested in what times a stock r32 would run compared to a stock vs commodore.

and is it worth my time making the switch if i can only get a n/a

also what kind of money am i looking at to turbo a n/a r32 for when the itme comes.

Right now be prepared to pay between 13 to 15k for an N/A R32 coz you can't get em, all da chix (face it it is a car they'd like to drive) want em, and it costs shitloads to comply em.

Even funnier are R32 GTSt's which are being flogged for 17k by some import yards.

I wouldn't expect an n/a R32 (unless its a 2.5L or 3.2L monsta) to run too well compared to a commodore, maybe a V6 or sumfing but not a V8.

a v6 commy would kill an NA r32 as the commy's don't go too bad seriously. but there would be no point getting a NA skyline if you are thinking of turboing it later on just save the hassle and go for the turo now. from my experience there is not that much a difference between the v6 and v8 commies of that era in terms of 0-100 they both do about the same coz the v8's weigh heaps more and are only like 180kw.
