buy a new one, or blow it out from the inside

Blow it out with compressed air- from the inside out.

Depending upon the type you can wash them out afrerwards in petrol and dry thoroughly before installing.

Look in the for sale section here. There are always skylines that have been "drifted" i use the term losely and are being sold off for parts.

Or try a nissan dealer. It would cost you a pretty penny i would dare say though.
