Just Wondering If These Speakers Are Good

hey guys after reading the posts of all the audiophiles who know there stuff. Ive decided to upgrade my front doors with some high quality speakers and amp them plus sound deaden. As i dont want a subwoofer have worked out changing rear speakers is useless. So have found a set of Boston Acoustics PRO60 6.5" Component Speakers for a decent amount which would be around the 125 w RMS handling. I have an amp which is enough to give it plenty of juice. Also my speaker budget is around $600 maybe abit more if the speakers are worth it. Are the bostons good?? If you guys know of other component speakers which would handle my rnb hip hop music and deliver excellent quality of sound please let me know.

Yes, the bostons have a very smooth, neutral nature. They sounded noticeably better than everything else in a similar price range (alpine, clarion, focal etc) when I was buying speakers years ago, and I'm sure things haven't changed.

I auditioned them when I was looking - ended up with the Z6 but the pros are nice.
