Help! Headlight Switch Not Working!

hey guys,

i need some help.

the other day on my r32 gtr the headlight switch won't move. i can only put it on the low setting but not the normal lights. i think the lights should work properly so it's just the silly switch that won't move onto that position. i tried to play around with it in every possible way but still won't budge.

anyone else had this kinda problem before or any ideas on how to solve it?
