As if you'd get a 32. The have a chassis like a limp noodle.

Who cares if the 32 is .0001 faster down the quarter stock.

Which car out of the 32 GTR and 33 GTR is faster around a racetrack? Or the nuremberg (yeah i know about the spelling) ring?

Heck i could feel my 34 GT-t flex while driving really hard.

And they have more torsional stiffness than any R33 GTR.

The 33 is a better alround car. Sure if you want a cheap track weapon i too would probably get the 32 just because it's a cheap way to have some mad fun. But if i had the budget and desire to go real racing i'd take a 33 as a base.

pffffffff

I agree with gun32gtr, pick a good 32 and you will have no hassel! I'm in the same boat as gun32gtr, only spent money on mine for upgrades... besides, all the people saying the R33 is newer - thier is only 1 year seperating Jeff's choices - what makes you so sure the R33 will be so much better in the suspension?!?!?! assumptions....

Jeff - Don't look at anything except the VspecII if genuine - great investment!!! Again, I am someone that prefers the look of the R32.

HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS! and GALS!

yes i made the decision to get the 32 BUT

I ended up getting the 33

because....

1. the so called VSPEC model didnt turn out to be one and was rough as! brakes were shithouse!

2. genuine VSPECII that I saw was $29k! nice but out of budget

3. the 33 was in GREAT, near standard (filter+catback only) condition and the price I negiotated was too good to refuse

4. all normal R32s I test drove felt abused and interior was just falling apart (could not be compared to the 33 I bought)

The way I saw it, keep the 33 until a nice genuine VSPECII comes up with a realistic price. With the price I paid for the 33, I reckon I could do a clean swap for the 32 :w00t:

But we'll see how things go. Tell you what though, Im glad to sit my ass behind the rb26dett

Here's a pic of the car with front half all waxed and polished
