Well its all dependant on the size of the entry tanks on your cooler dude.

Nothing wrong with using the stock piping, you just might need reducers.

Also the fact of if you are using a FMIC, or a SMIC... because the stock piping really wont work for a FMIC setup.

Then a FMIC depends on power goals also as the 34-t SMIC is great

There are 2 kits that come to mind for this and they are the arc kit and blitz and can be had for 1k deliverd.

exceptional quality and both turnflow so it uses stock piping and is

a fairly quick install conpated to kits that run though the skirt above the rail.

lots of people use them ,or could get a core and make your piping , the kits is the way to go i feel great product and can be installed by urself.

cheers

its for a r33 s1 gtst, 3inch in & outlet, im not really looking for big power at the moment. how much should i expect to pay for an exhaust shop to do the install? and are there any in the north brissy area (around strathpine) that you would recommend?

if you get them to make up piping for that size cooler i would be thinking all up around the 200ish mark depending on weather you use mild steel or stainless etc , but i would recoment a kit tho, and you will need to modify your bar for the cooler as well ,
