Hi fellas, how are use...?

Im having trouble finding the right r32 gts-t! Ive searched in a out of numerous car yards throughout melbourne but have only found crapy, re-painted, hugely priced and tampered with r32's. This would be my first skyline so am quite fussy and know what iam looking for! I was wondering if any of use know a half descent place to get one from???

Cheers :D

id just hit carsales/trading post, and look everyday.

its tuff to find a nice clean example of a 32gts-t

good luck.

Ditto, when looking for mine, I would look on carsales week after week and most of the cars I would not even consider looking at or they were too expensive. If you are like me you will want a stock one that is less likely to have been driven to the sh*t, but its not easy.

All I can say is be patient, the right one will come and you will know it is what you want! Best of luck and when you get it make sure you post up pics in the 'r32 pics only' thread in the photography section of this site....

i reckon buying cars advertised on forums is not really a good idea, cars are pretty much overpriced because there are alot of enthisiats that think that their car is worth alot more than what they really are, i mean common its late 80's to early 90s car. Just browse them to get a fair idea.

I like to think and im sure alot of people agree that R32s and R33a are not worth alot nowadays.

I bought my R33 GTST series 2 with 76 thousand genuine kms and a 16 month mechanical warranty for 10 Thousand. Off carsguide. your best bet is sites like this, carsales, drive etc etc

Trust me, youl find the right one, and if you call up thinking you found the perfect car, then the owner tells you its sold, dont giveup, youl find a better one at a better price!

Good luck mate.

haha, the hunt for the perfect r32. I think every r32 owner have gone months searching for the best one. Took me probably a year of searching. Best place is carsales and SAU/nissansilvia. Carsales always have overpriced r32's but usually good bargains pop up.

Try to stay away from most import dealers, although SSV on princess highway seems like one of the only trusted dealers floating around.

Any car you decide to buy, first take to an import mechanic for pre-inspection, take to an ac workshop for a pre-inspection and maybe even a tyre/suspenion workshop for a pre-inspection.

That way you can find any hidden problems with the car :P

Although, maybe your budget is too low to find a decent r32? r32's range from $9000 to $15,000 and if your budget is the low $9k dont expect a decent model.

Cheers

Edit:

SSV is located at the corner of Huntingdale Road and Princess Hwy on the direction towards Dandenong. It is right after the junction, so you gotta keep left before you see the lights.
