How Do I Change My R32 Idol

Hey every one,

Can any one please tell me how i drop my R32 GTST idol. I got my car back from the mechanics after needing a new fuel tank, and the mechanic said he drop the boost back to fatory settings.

The only problem now is (aside from bugger all boost) that my ride revs at 1200 just in idol. I want to take it back to 900. Any sugestions?

A more serious answer would be the screw on your AAC valve. It faces the driver side and sits on the end of the plenium. It takes a phillips head screw drivers IIRC

noza, I think you actually have a problem with idle (when will people learn to spell?, or at least use the correct homonym?). It could also be a problem with the TPS - which you may well have discovered with a <SEARCH>.

Why did he do something you didnt request? If i ever let someone touch my car other than myself , id be quite annoyed if they changed something that i didnt ask to be changed.

High idle could be due to a vacuum leak.
