Without Tag

Hi

Hello everyone, i'm new to this forum. I'm planning to buy a BCNR33 , but that day i had a look under the bonnet there is no Vehicle Identification Tag attached on the fire wall.

SO is that mean the car is been wrecked ? or it has bad history? I would appreciate for any help.
