What kind of gear oil for a manual R33 GTST

hey pplz , just wondering if anyone knows wats a good gearbox oil?? been hearin few ppl sayin redline then some say its not gwd it screws up ur gearbox, so can any1 give me sum advice on dat plz. also how often should u change it? its for a skyline r33 series 2 96

apparently that redline stuff is good if u have stuffed sychros (like i do ) but i hear people saying its really just a band aid fix for it, i have had a few people saying that long term redline is no good for the gear box as it is too thin for skyline gearboxes or sumthin along those lines although i could be wrong

I find the best gearbox oil to use is "search for it"

thats what i used in my gearbox this week.. shifts much smoother now
