Interesting that you found this, as the size of the bolts that are used is one of the standardised sized bolts in cars, they are usually the same no matter what brand of car it is.

I'm not sure where you could get different sized eyebolts of the right rating from, other than trying the MS suppliers or places like "The Bolt Bloke"

On closer inspection just then, it does fit into the seatbelt points.

But it won't screw into the seat mounts. Size isn't the issue, it the size of the bolt where the thread starts. IF that makes sense.

I can't get the tip of the bolt into the hole because it's bigger than the tip of the stock bolt.

hmmm what to do???

Do you have a micrometer that can accurately measure the bolt? One thing that I have seen with seat bolts is the use of single use bolts, these bolts are designed to have a slight variance in there thread size so that when they are screwed into place they stay firmly located. It might be that you have bolts like these.

Don't quiet understand why they don't fit, as Blackrex says - should fit most cars.

Can suggest taking them down to Meridian Motorsport - Toby will be happy to help you out and they can supply eye bolts in various forms. Let them know you are SAU - Toby will help you out.
