Curious About Light Knocks

I get a maximum of about 8 and the odd knock up to about 12.

If im driving normally it sits about 2

I know its nothing to worry about but i am curious to what the knock is being caused by

No need to worry. Up to 30 is fine but 15-20 is better.Below 10 and you will lose crispness.

General engine noise, it will be pretty hard to stop and its 100% normal at cruise to get around 10 - 12.

Inless you pull 10deg timing which will make it sluggish.

i randomly get a knock of 32 every know and again when i'm hammering it, don't worry it's just engine noise. mine is particularly high because i have a 50mm wastegate which is air-vented and a supercharger in the engine bay as well. nothing to worry about.
