Sure is, but i'm sure a suitably experienced pro could rip it all out and make the modifications in a few hours, or a hicas bar and reroute the hydaulic line in a fair bit less. The difference with the 32 is that its a hydraulic setup so the weight savings are tangeble whereas the 33's are an elctronic deal from what I hear, so it's not such a great weight saver.

air compressor itself I've weighed at 9kg..

the aircon cooler/radiator thing.. lines and things would add around another 9kg.. so there is 18kg. The condenser in the dash is around 3kg from what I measured, but removing that would take out most of your climate control working at all as it's part of the ducting.

The spare is 14kg so remove that..

Just weighed a stock wheel at 8kg each

My nismos are 7.2kg each

Update for anyone that cares...

removed stock rear spoiler (5kg)

removed driving lights (5kg)

removed Hicas (15+kg)

removed A/C (15+kg)

Stripped boot/interior/ rear seatbelts/rear speakers (15kg)

Orc lightweight flwheel (4kgs)

Gtr bonnet (15kg)

Gtr seats (7kg)

Rays Engineering Nismo LM GT-4 18x7.5 forged alloy lightweight wheels and nuts (4kg :O)

= 85+ kgs

Added,

front and rear strut bars (3kg)

turbo timer, ebc, 2 guages, alarm (5kg)

intercooler (5kg)

gtr rear spoiler (sometimes off) (10kg)

= 25kg max

1360 + 25 - 85 = 1300 ;)
