At the end of the day, he IS just doing his job. He chooses to do it to the letter of the law, and he definitely knows his shit. He's not your average cop handing out random defects.

He knows the rules, knows his mods, and loves defecting people for every rule they choose to break. We might not like it, but he's still just doing his job, albeit a bit strictly.

In a way yes, but he knows just as well as we do that the supra is the most likely to be illegally modified. He may be picking on imports and modified cars, but still doing his job, or at least 1 part of it...

I'm not saying he's the definition of a good cop, not at all...but he is doing his job...He just seems to enjoy this particular aspect far too much
