Alonso is a dirty, dirty bastard. and hamilton is a pussy for not punching his lights out afterwards. and peter allen is an even bigger pussy for not asking some decent questions and not pushing the issue in the press conference. lame.

F1 Needs a but more muscle...

I thought it was good for the sport... I would be pissed if I was Hamilton..

But then again, If I was Alonso I would be grinning from ear to ear, not only did he make him wait, but he also pulled off the perfect lap. Either way it made nice viewing for a change. Agreed about the questions being too soft.

They'll be at each others throats soon.

It'll be a bit like when Senna and Prost were racing for McLaren, but without the level of Talent that those two had.

Still, a bit of biffo never hurt the ratings. Who do you back though?

Hamilton seems a bit too "private boys school" but Alonso seems aggressive to the point of Lunacy.

Still, it's usually the quiet ones who go absolutely beserk when their tempers blow, so maybe Hamilton will pick up the nearest fire extinguisher and tonk him on the skull, either that or he goes all WWE on Alonso and gets Massa to distract him while he clocks him with a steel chair.

Fingers crossed.

But wait. Reports this morning have Lewis as a spoilt little brat behaving like a right carnt!!!!!!!!!!!

Im actually starting to like Alonso. I know i suck, But the way he is handling this whole McLaren love Lewis and "Lewis can do anythng he wants when baulkign me.But when i fight fire with fire i get penalised by the FIA"

Its bullshit. Im betting Ron is starting to remember when he had Senna and Prost causing him headaches. In the space of a few weeks Lewis has proven he may be as big a prick on the track as MS ever could hope to be :)

Booo to Lewis!

"Dennis explained that the delay stemmed from the two drivers being out of sequence with the team’s planned strategy for Q3, after Hamilton had disobeyed an order to let Alonso by at the start of the session."

whatever the reason F1 fans are the winners.

how are F1 fans the winners if the sport doesnt even know how to run itself?

its a huge maelstrom we have on our hands here that McLaren are being docked ALL constructors points earned from the race..

that sets a terrible precedent and i dont agree with it for ONE second. You all must have seen Ron tear off his earphones and roughly grab Alonsos trainer just after qualifying finished? I can tell you now, That guy was counting alonso in to when Lewis wouldnt have enough time for another lap from the pitwall. If you watch the footage, you can see Alonso constantly looking to his left, TOWARDS that spanish traitor. the smug look on the bastards face said it all like hed acomplished his mission and he was glad to take a bullet for his fellow countryman...

Why Ron has blamed hamilton has me completely stumped though.

wtf was that... docking all championship points? Fine penalise Alonoso by why the team? Lewis did nothing wrong and yet he's still losing out along with the rest of the guys who did nothing wrong. Utterly rediculous, once again Ferrari seems to gain for absolutely no reason.

What Mclaren do within their own team is their own choice, why the FIA stuck their nose in is beyond me. No wonder people arnt watching anymore

I thought it was pretty clear from his press release? Lewis has ignored radio instructions and has shown that whilst he is driving, he is calling the shots. NOT pit wall. So he has shown his hand, so from here no complaints when you get out played at your own smug games. Fancy ppl taking a team sport like motorsport and thinking they are able to do it all on the own.

More then ever (and will happily be proven wrong) im thinking Lewis should have spend a season with a mid field team and earnt his stripes. His behaviour now tells me that he thinks his talent is the reason he is leading the champiosnhip.

COME ON ALONSO! Christ i cant believe i just said that  But i hope Alonso wins and Lewis has a problem in a pit stop or Nick shows him no respect when Lewis tries to strong arm him whilst racing for position.

it would seem that alonso was just dishing out some payback then, so fair enough I say. If hamilton wants to dick around I dont know why he thought alonso would just sit back and take it. like wise man say, when the milk turns sour, he's not the type of pussy to drink it.

F1 fans are winners when it comes to drivers having personality rather than the clones that pass as professional athletes today.

speed/tost, massa/alonso, hamilton/alonso, all showing a bit of niggle in the last week or so makes the action on race day more spicy.

docking championship points is another matter.....

hamilton is a rookie. He doesnt know how to "play" f1 games. he told a packed press conference he "was told nothing over the radio" ( in reference to letting alonso past at the beginning of Q3 ) and that only when he was on his in lap for the final sprint was he told to slow down a bit because alonso was coming into the box.

Ron Dennis has some questions to answer. Even if alonso was held in his box for what was timed at around 20 seconds there was NO need to stay there for an additional 10 seconds, knowing damn well hamilton was right behind him queuing up for his own set of tyres. unacceptable. Can you recall in recent memory a situation where this kind of blatant baulking has happened?? im struggling to.

Add to that the fact that Ron went for the throat of alonsos trainer immediately after Q3 and then hours later doing an about face, shows hamilton got the shaft, and alonso should pay for it.

I also want you to understand this. Ron hears EVERYTHING thats transmitted over the radios. The question is Hamilton is saying one thing, then ron comes ot and says the opposite, placing the blame on the brit for disobeying orders.

Where do you all stand on this issue?

Fine. You say thats fair and so he should accept the punishment of deliberately impeding the WDC and be put to the back of the grid. Unsportsmanlike and the punishment for him fits the crime.

You cannot get away with anything in F1. Not when the whole globe is watching. Alonso and his trainer think we're all fools wherein they thought theyd be able to blind side us with what was blatant and unashamed unsportmanlike behaviour.

not impressed Alonso..not impressed. You must really be pathetic to be rattled into doing something so dirty to a rookie no less. You just made hamiltons stock go up even further. congratulations.:thumbsup::ph34r:

I have no greater insight into all this then the next guy. But i read the Alonso thing completely different to you. :)

To me Alonso was saying if you want to be petty and fark with the strategy that the team has put me on. Then fine. I will serve my own interest/ego and fark with you as well, to hell with the strategy.

Lewis tried the old mind games on Alonso and Alonso turned straight back and took his head. Has it hurt Alonso. Yep. Has it served a purpose? I would suggest that Lewis knows that Alonso hits back hard, to hell with the consequences and wont go quietly.

To me its Lewis that is perhaps rattled since he fired the first shots. Alonso raced supremely last round and has had some bad hands dealt his way, yet is only a few points off him.

Lewis is doing a good job. But needs to just focus on the job at hand and just race.

I don't see why McLaren are being penalised, Ron was pissed as. How could have McLaren made Alsonso move? Short of ripping him out of the car and pushing it aside, i can't see what they could have done to stop him just sitting there.

I agree with Alonso's penalty, but not the McLaren one.

I just with Hamelton had belted Alonso, would have been good TV. This partnership seems to be shaping up to be the next Senna and Prost.

crap i miss Q3, as i had to go out :) seems like all the fun happen then.

from what i have read on f1-live and other f1 website this is my conclusion...

Hamilton did the wrong thing by not listen to team orders, to me it seems like he thinks he is bigger/better than Alonso and so he try to screw him up. but Alonso wouldnt have a bar of it and stick it straight back to him. All i can say is GOOD ON HIM! f*k Hamilton i personal dont like him at all.

I wasnt a fan of Alonso before this season but im starting to like him and the way he is driving this season.

ohh i personal dont think its fair about the points BUT im a ferrari supporter so anything which helps them is good to me LOL!

Also WTF happen to ferrari? i read that they screw up Massa pit-stop and they take the blame. and Kimi didnt do well at all  come on Ferrari pick up your game!

ok... starting to get sick of the commentators ITB or watever it is...

Ferrari totally f**ked up Massa, i hope he can bounce back from this and do good in the nxt gp.

interesting that Hamilton apologized about the Q3 event http://www.f1-live.com/f1/en/headlines/new...805171623.shtml , personal i don't see why Alonso was penalized and Hamilton got off without anything. I hope Alonso keeps his ways and doesnt stop his attack on Hamilton, as it some interesting watching

Personally the more I think about it, I don't blame Alonso at all. There are no rules that says team mates MUST give each other the best possible chance at winning. Yes, I'm sure the teams would encourage helping each other, but Alonso is there to win the championship, just as Hamilton is.

Deducting points from the team is ridiculous and shows the typical F1 attitude that has made so many fans turn away. As a team they should be able to do whatever they like, within the rules. No if's no buts. For all we know Hamilton could have slept with Ron's daughter ( if he has one) and this is the boss's way of getting back at him :-)
