Air Filter Box

Hi i was just thinking of putting a POD filter box to stop hot air getting in and i was wondering if i put a heat box around the POD would enough air get in as you are blocking off the filter. Where is air going to come in from? Also would the induction noise be as loud?

air will enter the box from behind the headlight - more if you have an after market intercooler that opens up the hole under the filter from the std piping
