full edit mode must be used

easy. just edit the first post of the topic (if you started it). when it asks for quick edit or full edit choose full. you should see fields for both the title and description where you can edit them

The heading bars never come up tho when I want to edit my first post so thats why I am asking

Yeap I want to change the Heading in the SAU January Dinner thread went to full edit and the heading display bar do not come up for you to Change

So how do you guys do it as not all of us can ???

Same here . I think the feature to change topic title + description is disabled to those who made donations & aren't mods/admin, cos I was able to do it before prior to donating.

Would admin mind checking this out please?

hmmm seems to be that the donation changes permissions cause ive heard of other things happening b4 when people have donated
