Replacing O2 Sensor

guys i have read a million threads and done nothing but get confused.

i got an r32 gtst. i got white, red and a black wire.

i understand that the El ford 02 sensor is no problem to be used. but what is the wiring/colour match? like wat colour with which?

also there were like 5 model numbers i wrote down throughout those threads i have already read.

can sum1 tell me the one i need for my r32 gtst and the colour matching?
