Although looking at the forecast I can see we might get a late change which could mean we'll be racing under lights in a thunderstorm.

i will most probably turn up for a look. just thinking and a bit off topic but whats a good place to get helmets (i am looking at a reasonably cheap ones really, i am on a budget)

Revolution racegear in nunawading have good helmets for good prices. Their range goes from beginner to international requirements.

Their prices will suit all budgets, trust me, i just bought one from there a few weeks ago.

On the whole off topic helmet discussion is there any real problem in using a road bike helmet? Is there any difference?

I bought my helmet from 1 of the many motorbike stores on elizabeth street....RXT full face helmet for about $120

As long as it comples with the australian standards( i think it's AS6198), then it will be fine
