Surge Tank Help

Hey guys im sure this has been covered before but cant find it any where. Is there a link to show me how to set up a surge tank. By this I mean fuel lines...i now the bottom out let goes to the pump to fuel rail and one of the top ones is from the feed pump but can figure out which one etc.

From the top to the bottom of tank:

- Overflow

- Return

- Inlet

- Outlet

Should all be setup something like this:
