Speedo Stopped Working:(

hey guy my speedo and odometer all of a sudden stopped working today and im wondering wat might b the problem? its in a r32 skyline gtst..my turbo timer has digital speedo and it also stopped..

can i check that myself or is it hidden away somewhere?

The 32 uses a speedo cable so it has no speed sensor. Not sure how the timer gets its reading but id say that if its not working at all the cable is broken at some point. Probably on one of the ends, pretty common.

I had the same problem with my speedo a while ago i ended up takin out the dash and the sping in the speedo cable that connects to the dash was to compressed and was engaging on the dash, I pulled the sping out and stretched it a little and works fine now
