Creaking Caster Rods

hey everyone, my left caster rod is creaking like hell wen going over bumps and performing parking manouvers and stuff.

one mechanic said i need to replace the caster rod, cause the right one dosnt budge and is all good. but the left one has to be replaced cause its moving or sum shit. then another mechanic said just grease up the rose joint and itll be fine....

wat do i do? can i just give it a spray with some WD40 or RP7?
