hey, i wanna check how big the boot is in a stag... at the moment i fit my full kit in the back of a dual cab rodeo with an LPG tank in there so im guessing they are about the same...

i cant test drive one for a few weeks therefore cant measure it myself and there are none in bendigo to look at so i have to go to melb...

so can someone please do me a huge favour (i cant find it on google or search) and like measure the boot.

like from side to side how wide... how long it is from the seats to the rear hatch... how wide it is when the rear wheel arch kicks in and how far they are to the rear?

if not then i understand!! but if you can ill love you.

Can't measure mine right now but we also have a VS wagon and the differences are negligible at best, the commodore is a longer wheel base so has more rear leg space and possibly less boot depth, probably seems a little wider but that is probably just the suspension tops in the Stagea making it seem narrower...

Cheers

Ok,

Tailgate opening: 1160 x 720mm (narrows to 1030mm at the top)

Volume: 1360mm W x 1120mm D x 730mm H

Dist to strut from rear: 660mm

Width between struts: 930mm (at narrowest point and base)

All just aprox.

Cheers

Luke

Quoted from http://www.nissan-global.com/GCC/Japan/NEWS/News6Eng.html The 1996 official press release.

(3) Outstanding wagon attributes resulting from the pursuit of spaciousness and ease of use

The luggage compartment is covered entirely with a premium-quality carpet and measures 1,145 mm in length and 1,380 mm in width with a five-passenger seating configuration.

When the rear seats are folded down flat, the length becomes 2,115 mm and the VDA capacity is an ample 1,475 liters, ranking among the largest in its class.

The rear seats incorporate a remote-control folding mechanism that enables them to be folded down independently by operating a lever in the luggage compartment. A multipartition net, tonneau cover and a reversible polyvinyl chloride storage mat are included to facilitate many different uses of the luggage compartment. In addition, luggage hooks are provided in twelve locations along with a power supply socket and a variety of storage places in pursuit of superior wagon functionality and convenience for every imaginable lifestyle situation in which the Stagea might be used.
