All,

Just thought I would let you know that I have purchased my first GTR just now. The R32 GTR has been the only car I have really longed for in the past 9 years and my dream has finally come true.

Heres hoping for no spun bearings, bent rods, blown turbos or any other nasty surprises in the years ahead!

I will post some picks when I get it and clean it up a bit.

A question, what should I do to it as soon as I pick it up? Ie. should I get the belts all changed? I will do an oil flush and coolant flush for sure.

Vidospace.

GTR's are going to outnumber GTS's very very soon...

Thats bs! GTRs will always be a unique and rare (or rarer) than any GTS, and be more of a bigger deal when you see one or own one.

Have fun with your GTR, its definately an experience.

Pics or ban!

Where is the boost restrictor? Sorry for the n00b question.

I've just joined the club myself, Series II V-Spec ^_^ I really liked my Series II GTS25T but this is worlds apart... I think.... yes... it could be..... it's LOVE =D

Congrats on the purchase bud and best of luck with having a long trouble free experience!

Oh and yeah, service everything don't spare the expense, if you want to drive a car of this caliber and have it run right and last then treat it properly and give it good parts and service items.

Well I finally picked it up after some major pain in the butt days with finance companies!

I ended up getting a good deal though.

Driving it home, everthing seems fine, though it was very hot and I could hear some pinging at lower revs. My mechanic will change the plugs this weekend hopefully and we will look at the rest of the things that need doing too. The fun begins now :)

If one isn't already fitted, oil pressure gauge for piece of mind :) Congrats!

Oil preasure guage standard. But the boost gauge is in a stupid place down on the centre console. Strange move Nissan.
