Im in melb, i went to a dude at beurepairs.. he did some work on my last car and he knows his shit. Will not cost more then $100 for both he said... Happy i found him again :D thanks guys.

good price I rekin..I got my sway bars done at centreline for about $60...he tried to charge me more but told him too bad he quoted me $60 on the phone :D

Pineapples I got done for $0 when my gearbox was being done so $100 all up sounds good

Dezz: Pineapples make a bit difference to the rear end predictability while cornering. Because all of your suspension arms are attached to your rear subframe which is in turn attached to the chassis via subframe bushes, putting pineapples in firms this up. So your whole rear cradle and hence your suspension arms, wheels etc dont squirm around

ah ok cool...but the major function would be reducing axle tramp on hard launches yeah?

It helps, but the major cause of axle tramp is insufficient damping rates for the spring. The main idea behind pineapples is to locate the subframe to the chassis better and to allow for altering of the anti-squat geometry.

dezz, where did you get it installed?

the sway bars were installed at centreline....they were probably about to charge me $80-$90 before I said hell no you quoted me $60 on the phone.....its not like its an overly hard job...so i'd take it to any suspension place near you :)
