i have full system and i thinks it 3.5 inch with a stock cat ive been told that if i get a high flow one that i could gain bout 10 more rwkw but im unsure bout it

well ive still got my stock cat on, id say it would be worth changing to a hi flow, as going from a 3inch system down to a 2 1/2 inch is just pointless really.

If you do your research you will find that the cat is actually one of the most restrictive items in the exhaust system. There is no point in having a great cat back exhaust if your only going to bottle neck the flow before hand. Also if your exhaust is still original from day one its more than likely completely rooted inside.

Conclusion: Deffinetely get yourself a good 'high flow' cat that has good size inlet/outlet so it doesnt restrict the flow there either.
