i wanna start up again soon.

You should see these new pads i ordered... theyre about 150 (200 for the top ones which are rated upto 160kmh) for the pair and are meant to be the shiz

AERO P2s

Made and developed in NZ.

Google Aero cricket pads

lol you must be a bad batsman if you really need pads that protect you so much, you must miss alot of balls! trapped on the crease, me thinks?? lol :)

haha monkey u coon.

im a low to middle order batsman... some times i open if its a smallish ground because im a big hitter of the ball so yeah i do get hit on the pads a lot because i charge the bowler a lot and try to smash the leather off each ball :whistling: think ive only been out once LBW.

as for the pads... theyre lighter and thinner then every other pad on the market. If anything they offer the same protection BUT theyre 60% lighter which makes it a hell of a lot easier to run and run quick.

Monkey... yeah come and join, i only live around the corner from the home ground so i dont mind getting smashed and stumbling home after games and training  Josie will love it too... I guess its pretty cheap for you to play cricket too... youd only have to buy "Junior" gear wouldnt ya?

Seeing as Josie hates cricket and hates it when i get drunk its probably safe to say she will be at her parents house... so it will be just you, me and possibly monkey playing with my wii! not mopping it up tho

Hey Kam,

Im going to buy this as my alternative bat to the MRF  Pull it out when theres about 5 overs to go

LOOK AT THE BLOODY SIZE OF IT!!

hahhaha imagine if someone like Roy (Symmonds... not "Roy") got onto a ball or 3 with the 4lb version

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/CJI-FATSO-LIMITED-E...1QQcmdZViewItem

yeah i heard someone talk bout that at training. they know of someone who has one or something

personally i dont like heavy bats as the timing is out.. u really have to premeditate shots with it

not really... ive always used bats around the 3lbs 4oz mark... just have to use more strength to swing it.

I told my mate to get one as hes a very solid bloke and should be able to swing it like a golf club

Im going to order one in a couple of months and see what its like cause the MRF is only 3lbs.
