Drift Wing.

Hi,

I have a drift/stealth wing sitting at home and i wanna put it on soon... i have heard that you can get something to stop the water getting in under the wing itself... what do people use/recommend?

Im not completely sure but i got a GTR wing and i statred to get water coming in through the bolt holes under the wing. I was goin to remove it all together and noticed a black like gasket that was stuck really firmly to the underside of the wing, that must be getting old and letting the water through. I left it there untill i can get it fixed properly... i sealed the crack around the wing with a white finish selastic, and no more leaks... just till i can get it fix properly.

So yeah, i think there must be a gasket or something u can get that helps hold it down along with the bolts.

you could go to clark rubber and see if they got rubber gromits to fit the holes to stop water....just a thought, i think thats' what ill be doing
