Cant Find Info On Oil And Filter Change

HI guys, i dont mean to be useless but i have seached hi and low and cant seem to find a DIY thread on oil and filter change for R33...can anyone poin tme in the right direction??? i mean i know its not hard and after goin gto the ryco site i have found the right oil filter... what oil do you guys use?

Should there be a DIY for this?

just look through the book at the shop. There is also a thread somewhere called the good on oils it got all the info on oil u could ask 4

Pretty sure its a Z145A filter??? Not positive though as I run a smaller one due to the oil cooler fittings but I remember it being the same as my S13 and that was definitely that filter.

Oils... check the thread on oils but most use a synthetic or at least a semi synthetic... I use Motul 4100.

Yeap, or equivalent. Most people here will recommend a full synthetic oil as well
