Fixing Plastic Front Bar?

well i pulled my bumper off and the front bar has scratches in it, and they are deep scratches. i got no idea how to fix it, i was thinking like plastic bond or something and sand it back, can somebody PLEASE HELP ME!!!???

My dad is a panel beater and what he does is you get some special putty, you can get it from autobarn, Spread it over then sand it back with a orbital sander, then go over that with really fine sandpaper and water. Then paint it the greyish primer sort of stuff then paint your colour and clear coat;)

Deep scratches are hard to fix unless your willing to paint the whole front bar . My avice is to seek professional help. Professional paint jobs dont come in spray cans. A scratch is better than a really dogey paint fix.
