Difference Between R33 Series 1 And Series 2 Cat's

one is newer then the other one

from what i know the coil packs are different the ignitor is spreate form the coilpacks and the inside is different does this answer your question?

ummm goes close to answering.

Im more concerned about the outside of the cat, as im fabricating up a cat of my own but its going to be modelled off a S2 for a S1. So im just qualifying whether there are any major changes to the exterior of them...i.e: flange bolt spots and sizing etc etc...

Im fairly certain a cat converter for a RB25 nissan fits all the R33's (series 1, 1.5 and 2) and the Stagea's (series 1 - unsure of series 2), therefore theyd be the same from 1993 thru to 1997.
