Will A R34 Box Fit A R33?

Need to know If an R34 box is the same as the R33, Is it just a straight swap?

also to buy a new 33 box from nissan much more exepensive than 34 gtt box

maybee cause it shares a lot of internals with the gtr box?

internally they are virtually the same and both similar to the 33 gtr box

the 34 gtr box is totally different and very expensive

R33's are a push type clutch I believe and the R34 is a pull.. either way, there DOES need to be some minor alteration to use a R34 gearbox in an R33...

As for internals.. NFI what the difference is, however everyone wants to get their hands on an R33 one, but not the R34's.. wonder why?

to save all the hassles involved in using a pull clutch, i just swap the front 33 and 34 housings over, takes little more than 15mins and requires no special tools. You can then use all your r33 stuff, which is a cheaper and be easier to source in the future.
