R33 Gtr After Prang

does anyone know if a new ecu is required after a front ender in an R33 GTR with the airbag going off???

someone tells me the ecu needs changing.....otherwise car wont start.......wanna know if this is true or not.

I heard a rumor that when you remove / disconnect the PCM unit, in a BA Falcon, that its a $1000 Ford mech call out fee to get her to start again. It wouldn't be totally impossible to think that a airbag going off, needs a consult and command written to the ECU.. or something :0

The BA's have a button which is hidden down beside the front seat, and that resets the ECU after an accident, i doubt a skyline is like that
