R33 GTR cluster with Nismo 300km speedo

As i'm selling my car i had a GTR cluster with a nismo 300km speedo and i never got the chance to install it on the car the speedo has around the 40000kms mark.

I'm open for offers as i need to get rid of it.

Does the instalation of the 300km speedo by-pass the 180km/hr limit which exists with a standard car?
