minger Posted January 14, 2007 Share Posted January 14, 2007 OF LATE MY DRIVER SIDE MIRROR HAS BECOME LOOSE IN THE FITTING - AS IN THE MIRROR GLASS AND THE PLASTIC FITTING HOLDING IT IN MOVE IN THE EXTERIOR OF THE MIRROR. FOG35 Posted January 14, 2007 Share Posted January 14, 2007 Under the mirror there is a black plastic cover which i think says F6 or P6 on it. To get that off you can use a small flat head screwdriver or put a small allen key through the hole and pull it down. (The plastic cover is only clipped on). Under the cover is two screws. All you have to do is tighten these. I just did mine on the weekend. Be carefull when removing the plastic cover because the screw may have completely fallen out so they will be just sitting under the cover and when you take the cover off they will fall on the ground and possibly get lost.
