old-school supercharged MR2, get a rebuild if the over 100,000kms bothers you

yes, true. good little cars too. quick as well. you wont get hassled much by the poe poe either.

if you get a gtir, knowing from experience, you will drive it hard! they just beg to be thrashed! only get it if you can afford the comprehensive insurance though. could pick one up for around 14k.

also, if you get the XF you would never even consider insurance as its less than worthless

Ahahahahah yeah only problem with the old mr2, to me they just a bit ugly lol, not that the gtir is all pretty lol. But yeah i like pedal to the metal when entering the highway and taking off traffic lights, its not speeding, its just accelerating really quickly to the speed limit. lol, Can police book you for that, always wanted to be next to a cop car and floor it to the speed limit lol, but no tire screetch.

Yes it is called "excessive acceleration".

Oops double posted, sorry.

WTF man, this country has to many laws, like seriously they taking all the fun out of having a high performance vehicle.

he's got a point, you cant have the best of both world's. it'll be one or the other. either speed or looks, prob wont get too much of both with your budget. you gotta remember that

Ok now that i think about it the only car that fits that discription is the 1990 MR2 it looks good(according to me) its got a turbo, so i can mess with it, and it might cure cancer lol.

Ohhhhhh really, do they brake easily, like the fibreglass wrx ones lol.

They arent too bad if you dont put too much through them...

Out of interest, how long have you had the r34 for insured thru justcars? And how old are you?

(I cant be stuffed reading tonite to find out if its already been said)

Ive had just car for a year and 1/2 they put the agreed value down on the car and the premium up becasuse someone on my policy had a tiny accident should have just paid for the damages and that affects me even though i wasnt driving.

Stupid insurance like seriously.

Well what I would do then, is get a list of cars you might want, with a list of expected mods on them (ie exaust, cooler, filter etc) ring up justcars and get them to quote them all up. At least that way you will have a rough idea on where you stand.

You could go on a tour of the country like old-time grifters!

"rub the car for a dollar, cures your ills!"

Exactly im 19 now, thats why im sick of the tossers, im sorry guys but it really shits me how much control insurance has over my car decision, because i could easily afford to buy a 30K car but i want something cheap till i get to rating one, so insurance doesnt cost me as much as the cars over a couple of years lol.

WTF??? paying $2500 for a N/A R34???

I pay $2000 for my first year I was only 19 at that time, I'm with JustCar too plus my is a turbo R34.

Just cars do, do rating 1 after 3 years. Even with just 3rd party. Kinda odd but hey.

But dude, if you can afford a $30k car easily, I have to say your stupid to be spending it on that. Buy a house while they are still remotely affordable! Sell it in 5 years and buy a lambo!
