They'd park them one by one in order I'd say

So they woulda parked that silver 34 on the right first, got out, locked it - then parked the gold 34 in the middle there next to it, got out, locked that, then parked the march thing next to it, so on and so forth

you knew I was in japan? I've been 4 times in the last two a bit years! and why are you worried jess?!

Whyte, like dopey said. they park 1 by one from right of pic to left. it's an anti theft thing as well as a space saving thing. as you'd need to move all the cars to get at the ones on the end.

75coupe, glad you liked the pics. I'm happy to share them. Hope you enjoyed the sushi mate. i had some last night too. :)

I do have more pics, and more girlie pics. I'll post them up later on.

yep, it's a very fine GTR that's for sure. what more could you want? all the good body bits. Saurus built HKS 2.8, Saurus modified T51R, hollinger sequential box, custom panasport wheels, nice interior, still street registered, and runs low 9s as is! amazing car. and the owner was a nice guy. Next time I'll have to chat him up a bit more and get a ride!!! :)

ok, so I've been a bit slack, but I'm going to put up some more pics. Having now decided this will be my only japan pics thread I'm going to add some old ones in here so they can all be found in one place. Then I might move this thread over to Japan section as I guess it really belongs there. Then with time will split all the chat out into a 'discussion' thread.

dont worry. I will for sure. I am just looking forward to driving tomonori's dad's 34 GTR at fuji. I have no doubt that will be a highlight for a long time.

well, don't worry guys, I am working on getting my pics sorted, but had a busy few days. when I do I'll remove all this chat from the thread so it's just pics, and whack all the chat into a 'discussion' thread. ;)

mark: haha, my head is getting large enough already! the last thing I need is a Beer Baron sub-forum. lol

gts4dreamer: yes and yes. Now that I have some more access rights, over the weekend I'm going to clean this thread, and relocate it to Japan forum in 2 parts. 1 for pics only. 1 for discussion. and then I will start adding more pics again. :D

Hey Richard

had a chance to go through your latest pics yet? I'm sure I'm not the only one waiting for you to upload some more shots from your adventures!

Oh yeah, PM sent about the Defi's...

lol, yeah I need some encouragement! I started on sunday arvo. then realised how many there were and gave up. I'll attack again this weekend.

haha, the natives are getting restless! It's not so easy to do as I have 4 trips worth or Japan pics. including 3 Tokyo Autosalons, 1 X Super JGTC final battle at Fuji speedway, 1 X time attack meet at Fuji speedway, 1 X drift event at Fuji Speedway, Tsukuba mountain togue drift, Tsukuba industrial area drift, a few other street drift shots from Nanko (osaka) and other tokyo areas, Top Secret pics, Veilside pics, Border racing pics, Nismo Omori pics (inc Z-tune 34, and R-tune 33), plus lots of japan pics like: Harajuku, Meiji Jingu shrine, omote sando, roppongi, shinjuku, Osaka castle, miyajima (one of the 3 most beatiful sights in japan), Golden temple - Kinkaku-ji, Kyoto imperial palace, Asakusa shrine. plus plenty of other pics I'm sure I've forgotten about.

    • Atmospheric vent requires something that doesn't use a MAF for load. You would need a standalone ECU for that.
    • Hey all,   I’ve got an RB25 with a trigger kit that includes a crank wheel, and I’ve hit a wall trying to sort a timing belt tracking issue. The belt either rides right on the edge of the cam/crank pulleys or walks slightly forward once the engine starts. It tracks okay-ish for a moment, then creeps right to the edge—and honestly, it’s stressing me out.   I’ve spent hours removing and reinstalling the belt, double-checking everything:   Tensioner setup is good, checked multiple times Idler pulley and washers are all in the correct places Followed the RB25 timing procedure step-by-step     The only thing I changed was the rear crank washer—I swapped the OEM one for a Neato version, and it made things worse. The belt now sits even more forward than before. I’m beginning to think the crank trigger wheel itself (from the trigger kit) is the issue—poor design or slightly off dimensions.   What’s strange is that with the previous belt setup, it actually ran fine for a couple of years—around 4,000 to 5,000 miles, even with hard driving and high RPMs. But even then, the belt was always riding right on the edge, and I know that’s not ideal or safe long term.   At this point, I’m debating whether to:   Machine a few mm off the crank trigger wheel to bring it back in line, or Replace it entirely with a better-designed unit     Only thing is, I already have the Cherry Hall sensors, bracket, etc.—I just want to replace the wheel only, not the entire kit. Anyone know a brand or supplier that sells just the crank trigger wheel on its own?   Would really appreciate any feedback—especially from anyone who’s run into this exact issue and found a reliable fix.   Thanks in advance.
    • Hi...a little refresh. Is Nistune gonna be enough to run BoV? Or do i need some proper ECU?
    • Yep that's pretty much what I want to see. Racecars that look and sound like the Group A but with newer tech underneath to make them faster and safer. I'm sure there's enough VK-to-VN commodore, E30 BMWs and Foxbody mustangs shells around to make up a decent number of cars with hopefully a couple of sierras, rx7 and R31s in there too.
    • Contact Jessestreeter.com/Skevas Racing/JustJap for a new r34 rb gearbox or go a cd00# conversion. No point playing with unknown condition gearboxes.
