Hi mate...I have after market Tein and bulsteen and nismo suspension for R34GTT...

all of them can adjustable hard and softness..it 3 level hight adjustable...please see the pic on up this page of my reply to other person...

I will put up those pics at the this weekned once I got the pics taken..
