if you dont have cams in your engine your Boost guage (autometer ETC)

should read -19 on idle

if not

you got a leak

standard is 17 to 19 vacume PSI, so if you have anything lower check.

SIMPLES way to check, get some carby clener, and spray arround all the pipes and hoses and plenums. OR you can make and end up to put into the cooler puping and presurise the system to 15 psi and see if you can hear any leaks, pur on some soapy watter and you get bubbles.
