Excuse my blatent unadulterated noobness, but what are the advantages of this and why do I need one?

They shure look purrty tho....

They force the air coming through your grill to go through the radiator insted of hitting the radiator and going up over the top.

The scoop acts to foce air into the snorkel for your air intake.

They look Uber-cool.

I have 1 Series I, 3 Series II and 1 Series I with engraving.....
