Trader Rating Slash Comments Thing

hi all

ive just bought an item from one of the traders on SAU and was very happy with the product and service. i then tried to give them a positive rating on their comments page. it allowed me to enter the message i wanted and the item etc. but when i go to submit the comment it leads to a board message. what makes it worse is that it doesnt even tell me why ive been blocked out of that facility. the orange/red message thing is blank. see pic below.

i tried this last night and again about an hour ago. im using firefox (latest version) on windows xp. is it me or my comp or the forum or wat?

i had same issues today also.. tried several times and came back with error messages
