Was I Given The Wrong Strut Brace

I ordered this 2 weeks ago and was gunna get it installed with my suspension next month, but know I am wondering whether I have been given the wrong type!

Heres the right way around and the bolt holes don't match up

But it does match the other way around....

Could this be an R33 or a gtst strut brace?

Heres what the side of the box said

looks like the end plates are around back to front

first, take the end plates off so its in 3 pieces...

then, attach the end plates to the strut top bolts, and you will find that you can attach the bar the right way around

Mate I believe that is a gtst strut as I got a gtr one that fits a gtst like in the first pic but gtst ones are supposed to fit like in the 2nd pic (if that makes sense)

like waz said, just take it apart into 3 pieces, and install correct way

Yep a brace is a brace is a brace, I agree. However he cannot just turn the end plates around as the holes do not line up with the bolts...I have tried and also look at the pic he took, they are not even close...

Mate don't worry about it as it makes no difference that I have noticed.

By taking it apart and installing it that way would be like installing it the wrong way around..... The bar is not supposed to run over the twin turbo pipe as much as it does.

I might just ask where I bought it from if they have GTR and gtst ones anyway..... Stupid inconvenience.

the 2nd picture looks to be ur correct way they go mate..
